We’ve arranged our articles into clusters. In any disaster response there will be different teams (or clusters) of people working on specific things. Clusters allow for an interdependent organization where each cluster focuses on a specific topic, sometimes in a specific location, but then brings their challenges and successes to other locations and to the larger group of clusters to skill share.
